This is a selective, application-based coaching program for individuals committed to exploring meaningful, purpose-aligned work, yet are unable to invest in the full cost of coaching. The fellowship provides access to my complete, six-month coaching program at the fellowship rate of 50% of the regular cost. 

Rather than a sliding-scale model based entirely on income, this opportunity is an investment in high-impact individuals. A limited number of fellowships are available for serious clients that meet the following criteria:
 

1. The primary goal for which you are seeking coaching support involves at least one of the following:
   a) Pursuit of rewarding work that has a positive impact on others or the world
   b) Pursuit of a heart-felt purpose, life’s passion or calling
   c) Desire to find a specific purpose or calling to center your life around, but unsure of what that might be
   d) You’re already doing your meaningful work, but struggle with aspects of your work or work culture, industry politics, or managing your personal life around your work.

2. You feel ready to collaborate, show up and commit to a coaching process. 

3. The full cost of coaching would create a financial hardship for you.

4. You have a genuine desire to leave the world better than you found it
